Head of Cyber Safety

• In this role, you'll lead Gray Swan's cyber safety capability as technical authority on AI-enabled cyber risk.
• Design adversarial evaluations of frontier LLMs for offensive cyber capabilities including vulnerability and exploit discovery.
• Translate cybersecurity expertise into scalable benchmarks, classifiers, guardrails, and automated detection systems.
• Develop and maintain cyber harm taxonomy and evaluation frameworks as frontier model capabilities advance.
• Produce risk assessments and recommendations for frontier AI labs and enterprise customers.
