Head of Cyber Safety

• In this role, you'll build and lead cyber safety capability as technical authority on AI-enabled cyber risk.
• Design adversarial evaluations of frontier LLMs for offensive cyber capabilities including vulnerability discovery and exploits.
• Partner with ML engineers to translate cybersecurity expertise into scalable benchmarks and detection systems.
• Develop and maintain cyber harm taxonomies while evolving evaluation frameworks as frontier capabilities advance.
• Build, mentor, and lead cybersecurity experts establishing evaluation processes and technical infrastructure.
