- Find market opportunities and founders in agri-processing and agri-export, then build companies from inception through investment and scaling.
- Assess investments, structure deals, and develop cost-effectiveness analyses for portfolio companies entering international markets.
- Provide hands-on support to founders: securing certifications, vetting logistics, connecting to networks, and solving operational challenges.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience in agri-processing, agri-export, or related businesses with international buyers.
- Requires 5+ years experience, strong Africa background, and practical knowledge of export standards and farm-to-buyer supply chains.
