Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead full-funnel growth initiatives from awareness to retention and referral.
  • Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify and scale growth levers.
  • Own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement.
  • Design and manage multi-channel growth strategies including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO/ASO, partnerships, and referrals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or data-driven product marketing in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention through full-funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data tools (Tableau) and statistical thinking.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
