What you will drive

  • Drive expansion revenue from existing customer accounts by identifying growth opportunities.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, growth-stage, consulting, or business operations).
  • Experience in growth/GTM contexts (sales, RevOps, lifecycle, outbound) with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Analytical and comfortable with messy data; able to pull insights from CRM and turn them into action.
  • AI-native: actively uses AI in daily workflow and can build automations/agents.
