What you will drive
- Build and run growth campaigns, nurture sequences, and CRM workflows to power self-serve onboarding.
- Drive expansion revenue from existing customer accounts by identifying growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline GTM execution and improve sales processes.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, growth-stage, consulting, or business operations).
- Experience in growth/GTM contexts (sales, RevOps, lifecycle, outbound) with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
- Analytical and comfortable with messy data; able to pull insights from CRM and turn them into action.
- AI-native: actively uses AI in daily workflow and can build automations/agents.
