Growth Associate

• Create content (short videos, emails, social posts, demos) that helps people understand Modo Energy's products and drives sign-ups.
• Run campaigns for new market launches to acquire the right users.
• Own top-of-funnel growth metrics, analyze conversion data, and iterate quickly.
• Drive adoption of new features through creative, targeted outreach.

By helping capital flow more efficiently into clean energy infrastructure, this role accelerates the energy transition and reduces reliance on fossil fuels.

• Proven ability to ship projects independently from idea to live.
• Strong writing skills: clear, direct, and audience-aware.
• Good taste and judgment; willing to speak up when something isn't right.
• Uses AI as a core part of workflow (automation, agents, etc.).

Base salary range: $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience. 25 days annual leave, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with optional employer matching. Hybrid work (Tue-Thu in office, Mon/Fri flexible). Top-of-market compensation, equity for every employee.
