GRC Senior analyst

• Support and advise the Director of GRC and the CISO on risk and compliance matters for the enterprise.
• Coordinate annual risk assessments and vendor risk processes.
• Liaise with internal audit, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with standards such as SOC, H-SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Ensure information security policies are reviewed and updated, and support employee compliance programs.

This role safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems, ensuring compliance with regulations that protect customer and societal interests, thereby enabling Hitachi Digital to deliver secure digital transformation solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance functions.
• Strong understanding of information security policy, audit, compliance, and risk management trends.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to work in international teams.
• Experience with SOC audits required; GDPR, J-SOX or SOX experience highly desirable.
