Graphic Designer

• Create and design proposal documents, brochures, marketing collateral, and advertisements for internal and external use.
• Lead creative direction for proposals, presentations, and division-specific marketing campaigns to increase market share.
• Enforce corporate brand standards and collaborate with corporate Marketing to ensure consistency across all materials.

This role helps Granite effectively communicate its value proposition to clients and stakeholders, supporting the company's growth and ability to deliver infrastructure projects that benefit communities.

• 5+ years graphic design experience at a mid-size to large professional services organization.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or extensive relevant experience.
• Compelling portfolio of original design collateral (both digital and print).

Base salary range: $72,355 - $138,867 per year.
