Grants Project Manager

Manage federal and state grant applications end-to-end, leading writing teams and serving as strategic liaison between consultancy and clients.
- Own grant proposals from client kickoff through submission, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and platform requirements.
- Develop project timelines, coordinate writers and technical experts, and balance team capacity to maintain proposal quality.
- Serve as primary client contact, providing weekly status updates and strategic advice on competitive positioning.
- Requires six+ years grant project management experience with three+ years leading funded proposals for climate-focused agencies.
- Strong knowledge of federal grant compliance (2 CFR 200), SF424 forms, and submission platforms (SAM.gov, Grants.gov, DOE eXCHANGE).
