Grants & Development Operations Manager

• Manage and expand CASPR's institutional funding pipeline by identifying relevant grant opportunities, assessing fit, and tracking deadlines.
• Lead grant applications from planning through submission, including drafting narrative content and coordinating internal inputs.
• Manage the major donor pipeline, prepare leadership for funder conversations, and draft stewardship communications.
• Use modern AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of grant and development operations.

This role directly supports CASPR's mission to reduce the global burden of addiction by securing funding for scalable science-based interventions, research, and policy initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in grant management, grant writing, development operations, or a closely related role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to produce clear, persuasive proposals and reports.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience tracking grant budgets and developing forecasts.
• Proficiency using modern LLM and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable systems.
