Mission
What you will drive
- Manage and expand CASPR's institutional funding pipeline by identifying relevant grant opportunities, assessing fit, and tracking deadlines.
- Lead grant applications from planning through submission, including drafting narrative content and coordinating internal inputs.
- Manage the major donor pipeline, prepare leadership for funder conversations, and draft stewardship communications.
- Use modern AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of grant and development operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in grant management, grant writing, development operations, or a closely related role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to produce clear, persuasive proposals and reports.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience tracking grant budgets and developing forecasts.
- Proficiency using modern LLM and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable systems.
