Grants and Operations Associate

• Run grantmaking operations end to end, moving tens of millions of dollars to charities accurately and securely.
• Own routine grantmaking processes including due diligence, compliance, onboarding and grant reporting.
• Coordinate grantee communications and serve as the first point of contact for supported programs.
• Build systems and tooling to increase efficiency, championing AI automation to improve organisational performance.

This role ensures that millions of dollars are efficiently and securely directed to high-impact charities, maximizing the positive effect of donations on global poverty and other pressing issues.

• Experience in grantmaking, operations, or compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build systems and leverage AI tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
