Director of Philanthropy

• Drive philanthropic revenue by identifying and developing a donor pipeline, moving prospects through the cultivation cycle, and closing gifts.
• Steward and strengthen RIVET's donor community through effective communication and programming, ensuring members feel highly engaged and valued.
• Activate donors as a force for organizational growth by designing meaningful engagement experiences to leverage their networks and influence.

This role directly fuels the growth of a youth-led philanthropic movement, enabling Gen Z to drive positive change by securing critical funding and building a community of engaged donors.

• Strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser with experience in high-net-worth individual and family foundation fundraising.
• Proven ability to lead frontline fundraising and manage a robust donor pool.
• Strong communication and program design skills to engage donors and build community.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player able to work closely with CEO, Impact, and Marketing teams.
