What you will drive
- Lead development of compelling grant proposals, reports, concept notes, and donor briefings for institutional donors and philanthropic audiences.
- Craft narratives that communicate the impact and urgency of climate justice movements, translating complex movement realities into persuasive, values-aligned stories.
- Support donor stewardship, prospect research, and grant operations including managing systems, workflows, and deadlines.

What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated professional experience in grant writing, fundraising communications, or related writing-intensive roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to craft compelling narratives for philanthropic audiences.
- Experience writing successful grant proposals and donor reports for institutional funders, especially in climate justice, food sovereignty, or economic justice.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-team collaboration.
