Job description

In this role, you'll ensure legal compliance, track financials, and disburse grants for grantmaking programs.
Conduct due diligence to verify grantees' legal status, financial health, operational capacity, and mission alignment.
Draft grant agreements, collect signatures, and process ACH and wire transfers to disburse funds.
Set up grant review spreadsheets, schedule committee meetings, and maintain program monitoring data.
Respond to grantmaking inquiries and provide administrative support to the grants team.
