Global Supply Base Management Leader

• Lead the strategic evolution of the global supply base to create competitive advantages in total cost, resilience, quality, and innovation.
• Own the supplier journey from onboarding through performance governance to phase-out, ensuring supplier ecosystem health.
• Run capacity stress tests, identify single points of failure, and execute mitigation plans.
• Support ESG adoption including CO₂ reporting and ethical labor audits.

This role ensures a resilient, sustainable, and innovative supply base for Hitachi Energy, directly supporting the company's mission to advance a sustainable energy future by reducing supply chain risks and driving ESG compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Master’s a plus).
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Management, supplier development, supplier quality, or operations.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional supplier performance and improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills and executive communication; fluent in English.
