Mission
What you will drive
- Support the planning and coordination of a regional conference in Latin America and the Caribbean (2027)
- Assist in the delivery of trainings for LGBTQI+ political leaders globally
- Help draft and edit short content pieces (blogs, website updates, communications materials)
- Contribute to day-to-day program implementation and grant reporting

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience in international relations, political science, public policy, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
