Global Programs Associate

• Support the planning and coordination of a regional conference in Latin America and the Caribbean (2027)
• Assist in the delivery of trainings for LGBTQI+ political leaders globally
• Help draft and edit short content pieces (blogs, website updates, communications materials)
• Contribute to day-to-day program implementation and grant reporting

This role directly supports the development of LGBTQI+ political leaders worldwide, strengthening democratic participation and representation for marginalized communities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in international relations, political science, public policy, or a related field
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
