Global Pre-Sales Lead

• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing clients, understanding their current solution landscape, pain points, regulatory constraints, and target outcomes.
• Design tailored solutions that map client needs to Kaluza's platform capabilities, with a clear eye on implementation feasibility.
• Drive the technical narrative in RFP responses and proposals, crafting compelling, credible answers.
• Act as the connective tissue between what the market needs and what we build, translating client conversations into product insight.

This role accelerates the global shift to clean energy by helping large energy companies replace legacy platforms with Kaluza's intelligent platform, enabling seamless coordination of renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Deep experience inside B2C retail environments with complex, high-volume billing systems (energy, telecoms, financial services, or subscription-based businesses).
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture with long sales cycles and rigorous technical evaluations.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for both engineers and executives.
• Analytical and customer-obsessed, using data to drive decisions.

Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per year.
