Global Origination Lead

• Own the qualification, prioritization and conversion of PUR's global pipeline of nature-based solutions opportunities into scalable, high-quality and investable projects.
• Lead project structuring and development, ensuring alignment between technical standards, financial viability, and client expectations.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across regional, commercial, technical, and operations teams to advance opportunities efficiently.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting strategic client opportunities and identifying new opportunities in priority sectors and geographies.

This role directly enables the scaling of nature-based solutions that deliver robust climate and sustainability impacts, helping businesses meet their environmental objectives while driving tangible social and environmental benefits worldwide.

• Strong experience in project origination, business development, investment structuring, or project development, preferably in nature-based solutions, carbon, sustainability, agriculture, forestry, or impact investment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate early-stage opportunities into structured, financeable, and implementable projects.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and excellent analytical skills to assess risk, feasibility, scalability, and financial viability.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities with clear, structured communication style.
