Global Manager of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality)

• Develop, implement, and maintain a unified Global HSEQ program covering worker safety, job site practices, PPE, and environmental considerations across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Establish clear, standardized technical requirements for solar and storage repairs, and implement post-repair validation processes to ensure work is structurally sound, electrically compliant, and addresses root cause.
• Define and champion professional conduct, communication, and onsite behavior standards for technicians, auditing and improving customer touchpoints to ensure a seamless field service experience.
• Serve as global point of contact for safety incidents and major quality failures, leading root-cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

This role ensures that every solar and storage service call is executed safely, repairs are highly effective on the first visit, and the customer experience is outstanding, directly contributing to a more sustainable future by optimizing renewable energy system performance and reducing waste.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HSEQ, HSSE, or Quality Assurance/Operations within solar, electrical, construction, or highly technical field service environments.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Quality Assurance (QA) programs, workmanship standards, and training mechanisms for distributed field forces.
• Strong working knowledge of US electrical codes/OSHA standards and ability to learn, apply, and audit international regulatory frameworks (e.g., Australia).
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) for safety incidents and complex technical/workmanship failures, and using data to build dashboards and report on performance trends.
