Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and lead global procurement strategies for biomedical equipment categories to optimize spend and ensure efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive category analysis, formulate strategic priorities, and operationalize them into action plans.
- Manage supplier relationships, perform sourcing, and monitor supplier performance to ensure reliable supply base.
- Build and maintain a network of stakeholders across MSF entities to capture needs and communicate category activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, ideally with specialization in purchasing or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply-related function, with 2+ years in strategic procurement including vendor management.
- Experience in equipment sourcing, ideally in the biomedical sector.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
