Global Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence - BU High Voltage

• Define and drive the Business Unit data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise DAAI organization.
• Identify, consolidate, and prioritize AI opportunities across Business Units and functions, translating business requirements into clear AI use cases.
• Govern the AI lifecycle from ideation to scale-up, establish data and AI governance, and steward Business Unit data assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage AI initiative budgeting and resource allocation, and drive change management and capability building.

This role drives the adoption of data, analytics, and AI solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and create measurable business impact, enabling Hitachi Energy to deliver sustainable energy solutions more effectively.

• Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in digital, data, analytics, and/or AI-driven roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience in at least one of the following digital core systems: SAP, Windchill, Salesforce.
• Effective communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders, influence teams, and drive adoption of new processes.
