Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead global account strategy for key customers, aligning internal and external teams to optimize margins and expand revenue.
  • Develop and execute a Global Account Plan focusing on new business development and leveraging innovations and global footprint.
  • Oversee quotation activity, manage pipeline and sales cycle to achieve revenue growth and financial KPIs.
  • Build senior-level customer contacts across regions to drive profitable sales growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Technical or Related Degree.
  • Minimum 10+ years field sales experience in manufacturing, preferably medical device OEM/contract manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of elastomer/thermoplastic materials and injection molding/extrusion manufacturing.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com) and ability to manage multiple projects.
