Giving & Partnerships Manager

Build and manage fundraising pipelines for a research-backed Australian charity directing donations to high-impact global health and climate causes.
- Develop new donor relationships from initial contact through major gift asks and ongoing engagement.
- Design and test fundraising strategies across workplace groups, financial advisors, corporate partnerships, and community networks.
- Manage relationships with current donors, demonstrating impact while respecting those preferring minimal contact.
- Requires ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and own projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable reading research and cost-effectiveness analyses; willing to learn effective altruism principles and partner charities.
