Job description

In this role, you'll grow EAA's fundraising by building donor pipelines, testing strategies, and managing donor relationships.
Develop new donors from initial contact to ongoing giving, directly asking for major donations.
Test and refine fundraising strategies across workplace giving, advisers, networks, and corporate partnerships.
Manage your donor base by demonstrating giving impact, keeping donors engaged, and determining where personal contact adds value.
Contribute to EOFY and Christmas campaigns, owning strategy and engagement approaches for major donors.
