Deliver and scale residential workshops introducing talented individuals to careers in AI safety and biosecurity.
- Own operational workstreams end-to-end: outreach, venues, travel, admissions, guest coordination, and on-site logistics.
- Run admissions and participant operations including application forms, selection processes, onboarding, and communications.
- Coordinate high-profile guests from invitation through follow-up to ensure smooth workshop experiences.
- Travel to workshops predominantly in UK and US (8–12 times yearly) to deliver events in person.
- Requires events or demanding operational experience; strong organizational skills, high agency, and mission alignment essential.
