GCP Program Manager

Build and lead residential workshops helping talented individuals pursue careers in AI safety and biosecurity.
- Own strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of two or more workshop programs serving different audiences and career stages.
- Manage outreach, participant selection, guest recruitment, and in-person workshop delivery with small operational teams.
- Requires significant event management experience and deep familiarity with the AI safety ecosystem.
- Requires comfort managing small teams and high agency in experimental, evolving program environments.
- Approximately 8–12 work-related trips annually, predominantly UK and US, with preference for candidates within five hours of UK time.
