Gender and Inclusion Consultancy Syria Joint Response (SJR) 2024–2026 Non-Government Controlled Areas (NGCA)

The consultant will lead the gender and inclusion analysis, strengthen the programme's approach to gender equality, disability inclusion, and protection mainstreaming, and develop practical tools and recommendations to enhance inclusive programming across the consortium.

This consultancy will directly enhance the inclusivity and effectiveness of the Syria Joint Response programme, ensuring that gender and inclusion considerations are integrated into all aspects of the humanitarian response, thereby improving outcomes for vulnerable populations in Northwest and Northeast Syria.

• Qualified Gender & Inclusion Consultant with expertise in gender analysis, disability inclusion, and protection mainstreaming.
• Experience working in humanitarian or development contexts, preferably in the Middle East or Syria.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work remotely and potentially travel to North Syria.
