Impact and Advocacy Manager

• Manage and support IGNITE's Fellowship and Internship programs, including supervision of fellows and coordination of recruitment and hiring.
• Oversee legislative advisory groups and campus chapters, providing training, communication, and programmatic support.
• Lead civic engagement efforts, including the IGNITE the Vote campaign, voter education, and GOTV initiatives.
• Support data collection, evaluation, and reporting for program impact, and develop curricula and training materials.

This role directly strengthens IGNITE's programs and advocacy, empowering young women and gender-expansive youth to become political leaders and advocates for change, thereby increasing their representation and influence in democracy.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in public policy, political science, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of policy, advocacy, and civic engagement experience, plus 2+ years of program management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to lead community education and engagement meetings.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms; experience with CRM or voter file databases (e.g., NGP VAN, HubSpot) preferred.

Salary: $62,000 per year (Manager Level 1).
