Mission
What you will drive
- Manage and support IGNITE's Fellowship and Internship programs, including supervision of fellows and coordination of recruitment and hiring.
- Oversee legislative advisory groups and campus chapters, providing training, communication, and programmatic support.
- Lead civic engagement efforts, including the IGNITE the Vote campaign, voter education, and GOTV initiatives.
- Support data collection, evaluation, and reporting for program impact, and develop curricula and training materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in public policy, political science, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of policy, advocacy, and civic engagement experience, plus 2+ years of program management experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to lead community education and engagement meetings.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms; experience with CRM or voter file databases (e.g., NGP VAN, HubSpot) preferred.
