Gamer Content Manager - Players Alliance

• Lead digital and content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, BlueSky) including day-to-day management, content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
• Develop and produce regular digital content with creators and members to grow audiences, increase engagement, and advance campaign messaging.
• Build pathways to convert social media engagement into campaign participation and offline action (Discord recruitment, email list-building, petitions, event sign-ups).
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with video game content creators, influencers, and streamers to expand campaign reach and amplify messaging.

This role empowers gamers to reclaim the gaming industry from corporate exploitation, building grassroots power to end price gouging and improve game quality for the community.

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
• Experience drafting social media copy, video scripts, emails, and other public-facing content.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, online trends, and social media algorithms.
• Experience identifying, pitching, and building relationships with content creators, influencers, streamers, and online gaming communities.
