Futures Team Member

• Cultivate and deepen relationships with partners across sectors to broaden the coalition for pro-human AI.
• Coordinate across workstreams, track deliverables, and keep multi-stakeholder projects on realistic timelines.
• Support scoping and launch of new domain initiatives and grantmaking, and help plan convenings, briefings, and workshops.
• Coordinate with communications team to support launches, media moments, and public-facing events.

This role advances a positive future for humanity by building a broad coalition to ensure AI development remains pro-human, trustworthy, and controllable, mitigating risks while amplifying human capability.

• Prior experience in project or program management with ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver to ambitious timelines.
• Genuine intellectual interest in AI, technology policy, and questions about a good human future with AI.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting partnerships regardless of political affiliation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex information to non-expert audiences.

Salary: $83,500 - $155,000/year. Benefits include health insurance, 24+ days PTO per year, paid parental leave, 401k matching (US), and a work from home allowance.
