Fundraising Specialist

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives to secure resources aligned with Catalyst Now's mission.
• Identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from philanthropic organizations, funders, and strategic partners.
• Prepare grant proposals, donor presentations, funding applications, and stewardship reports.
• Maintain donor records in CRM systems, track fundraising pipelines, and support fundraising events and partnership activities.

This role directly supports Catalyst Now's mission to drive social innovation and systems change by securing sustainable funding, enabling the organization to scale its impact and support a global network of changemakers.

• Master's degree in a related field (relevant experience may substitute) and 6-8 years of experience in fundraising and resource mobilization.
• Strong understanding of donor engagement strategies, philanthropy, and funding mechanisms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment across multiple time zones.

Six-month engagement with renewal contingent on successful delivery. Compensation is location-sensitive: indicative monthly fees range from USD 1,500–2,500 in countries like India, Kenya, Brazil; USD 2,000–2,500 in Argentina, Cameroon, Jordan; USD 3,000–3,800 in France, Australia, UK; USD 5,300–5,500 in the US.
