Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives to secure resources aligned with Catalyst Now's mission.
- Identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from philanthropic organizations, funders, and strategic partners.
- Prepare grant proposals, donor presentations, funding applications, and stewardship reports.
- Maintain donor records in CRM systems, track fundraising pipelines, and support fundraising events and partnership activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's degree in a related field (relevant experience may substitute) and 6-8 years of experience in fundraising and resource mobilization.
- Strong understanding of donor engagement strategies, philanthropy, and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment across multiple time zones.

Compensation is location-sensitive: indicative monthly fees range from USD 1,500–2,500 in countries like India, Kenya, Brazil; USD 2,000–2,500 in Argentina, Cameroon, Jordan; USD 3,000–3,800 in France, Australia, UK; USD 5,300–5,500 in the US.
