Mission
What you will drive
- Manage donor records, ensure accurate gift tracking and data integrity, and generate reports to support fundraising and membership activities.
- Support fundraising efforts across donor giving, sponsorship, membership, and events, including preparing communications, proposals, and reports.
- Plan and execute public-facing events such as fundraisers, salon dinners, and leadership programs, coordinating logistics and day-of operations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of professional experience in fundraising, development, events, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience with data entry and record management, preferably in a CRM or donor database (e.g., Neon One, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
