What you will drive
- Lead the Annual Campaign with a $204,500 contributed income goal
- Write and win private and research-focused foundation grants (target: 4+ private, 2+ research-focused annually)
- Build individual major gift and planned giving relationships
- Secure 3+ new corporate sponsors and grow existing ones

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8+ years of nonprofit development experience
- Proven track record of writing and winning grants

DownSyndrome Achieves operates the DSA Biobank in partnership with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, supporting Down syndrome research with over 200 enrolled individuals and biospecimens that have unlocked NIH research awards.
