Fully Remote- IT Business Manager

• Build strong, long-term relationships with nonprofit leaders as their primary point of contact with Community IT.
• Guide IT strategy and planning by developing IT roadmaps and budgets aligned with each organization's mission.
• Strengthen cybersecurity by helping clients navigate security needs and build cybersecurity roadmaps.
• Oversee day-to-day IT management including devices, user accounts, and licensing platforms.

By helping nonprofits use technology effectively, this role enables them to focus on their missions and create more positive change in the world.

• BA/BS in a business or technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
• Technical acumen to troubleshoot issues and learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience interfacing and communicating with executives about information technology.
• Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations.
