What you will drive
- Develop and maintain end-to-end features across backend APIs, data pipelines, AI agents, and interactive frontends
- Lead workstreams end-to-end, including gathering product requirements, proposing solution architectures, developing an implementation plan, managing technical dependencies, and coordinating rollout plans
- Collaborate directly with users and customer-facing teammates to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating insights into design solutions
- Scale backend APIs, systems, and data pipelines to support more use cases, while ensuring maintainability and paying down technical debt

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of software engineering industry experience delivering high-quality software
- Deep experience in building data-intensive backend systems with Python or similar language, OR developing interactive data-rich frontend applications with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience owning successful software delivery end-to-end
- Comfort with LLM coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
