Full-Stack Engineer

Build and operate a full-stack fundraising platform connecting elite athletes with effective charities, spanning custom components, integrations, and production infrastructure.
- Ship new features and integrations across Raisely, Cloudflare Workers, Stripe, PayPal, and vendor APIs; jam with product teams to scope and deliver end-to-end.
- Harden existing systems through monitoring, alerting, testing, and documentation; maintain donation checkout flows and reconciliation workers handling real donor data.
- Requires 4+ years shipping production software with strong programming fundamentals, ability to learn unfamiliar codebases quickly, and careful approach to money and data.
- Experience with third-party integrations, webhooks, authentication, and idempotency; AI-assisted development as a working habit, not novelty.
- Fully remote, globally open with four-hour Melbourne overlap; mission-driven nonprofit environment where you own meaningful work end-to-end.
