- Help meet demand growth while pushing the bar for quality and user experience higher
- Build Elicit into a product that researchers can't live without by working with a modern front-end stack
- Own shipping useful, exciting features to users on a weekly basis, balancing short-term delivery with long-term system building
- Advocate for smooth user workflows and ensure the product looks great and is delightful to use
