FRENCH AND ENGLISH-SPEAKING FIELD FINANCE COORDINATOR

• Define, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of finance strategies, policies, and internal control for the mission.
• Manage funding agreements with donors, including preparing proposals and financial reports.
• Coordinate treasury management, accounting, and ensure efficient financial operations.
• Supervise and develop the finance team, providing coaching and training.

This role ensures transparent and reliable financial management, enabling Médecins Sans Frontières to allocate resources effectively to provide medical humanitarian aid in crisis zones.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management/coordination roles within an international organization in developing countries.
• Minimum 3 years of budget management experience in an NGO context.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
