Mission
What you will drive
- Design and deploy sophisticated acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Assist account leads in communicating campaign results and performance insights to clients.
- Support the launch and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve client acquisition goals.
- Monitor and report on performance data to identify trends and ensure alignment with client missions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex paid media portfolios in a high-growth startup, major agency, or political organization.
- Product Manager approach to ads, focusing on post-click experience and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to apply data to strategic decisions.
- Extensive experience with backend of ad managers.
Benefits
