Fractional controller managing accounting, compliance, and financial reporting across three connected nonprofit and PAC entities.
- Own monthly close, audit-ready financials, and variance reporting across 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and federal PAC structures.
- Manage multi-entity IRS, state, and FEC compliance calendar; coordinate with external tax, legal, and compliance advisors.
- Build rolling cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections supporting donor and foundation conversations.
- Manage bookkeeper, Ramp expense system, and internal controls; flag risks and process gaps to leadership.
- Requires 5+ years controller or senior accounting experience with multi-entity nonprofit and $2M+ annual activity.
