Fractional CFO (Client Facing) - part time

• Serve as a strategic financial partner to multiple nonprofit clients, providing high-level financial oversight and direction.
• Lead regular client meetings to review financial performance, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow projections, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Mentor internal finance team members and drive process improvements across client engagements.

• 8–10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with demonstrated nonprofit finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting; experience with grant accounting and government funding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, lead teams, and communicate strategic insights to boards.
