Founding Research Scientist

• In this role, you'll own a substantial part of Sophron's AI evaluation research pipeline.
• Propose and operationalize evaluations to measure important properties of frontier AI models.
• Run experiments and iteratively improve evaluation quality through testing and refinement.
• Manage research projects independently, coordinating with collaborators and stakeholders.
• Develop technical evaluation pipelines and use AI tools to advance the research agenda.
