Forward Deployed Engineer

• Collaborate with site teams to understand business processes and implement full-stack digital solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of prototypes and production solutions from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Apply AI and machine learning to create measurable business impact.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, data, and AI governance standards.

This role directly strengthens U.S. manufacturing by deploying digital innovations that improve efficiency and competitiveness, revitalizing domestic industrial capabilities.

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience, ideally customer-facing.
• Proficiency in Python or similar, with strong API and systems integration skills.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Base salary range: $143,065 – $214,598 per year. Eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and company ownership.
