Mission
What you will drive
- Support the implementation and management of pharmacies and medical stock in MSF missions according to OCG norms and standards.
- Monitor pharmacy management systems, ensure data collection and analysis for rational drug use and antibiotic stewardship.
- Coordinate medical orders, supply strategies, and budgeting with medical, logistics, and finance teams.
- Provide training and coaching to pharmacy teams in the field.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Qualified Pharmacist with essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet).
- Experience in pharmacy management, developing countries, and preferably with MSF as a Pharmaco.
- Experience in management and emergencies.
- Fluent in French and English.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Fixed-term contract for 12 months, full-time (100%, 40h/week). Gross monthly salary: CHF 5,500 (based on 100%). Benefits include health insurance and living expenses in the countries of intervention and at headquarters, paid according to internal regulations.
