Flying Pharmacy Coordinator

• Support the implementation and management of pharmacies and medical stock in MSF missions according to OCG norms and standards.
• Monitor pharmacy management systems, ensure data collection and analysis for rational drug use and antibiotic stewardship.
• Coordinate medical orders, supply strategies, and budgeting with medical, logistics, and finance teams.
• Provide training and coaching to pharmacy teams in the field.

This role ensures the effective management of medicines and medical supplies in humanitarian settings, directly contributing to the quality of care for vulnerable populations in conflict-affected and disaster-stricken areas.

• Qualified Pharmacist with essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet).
• Experience in pharmacy management, developing countries, and preferably with MSF as a Pharmaco.
• Experience in management and emergencies.
• Fluent in French and English.

Fixed-term contract for 12 months, full-time (100%, 40h/week). Gross monthly salary: CHF 5,500 (based on 100%). Benefits include health insurance and living expenses in the countries of intervention and at headquarters, paid according to internal regulations.
