Fiscal Sponsor Program Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 12-18 fiscally sponsored projects, guiding them through the sponsorship lifecycle.
• Maintain project records, ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations, and train project leads on operational processes.
• Track donation details, review payment requests, and coordinate with finance to ensure accurate gift processing.

• 3-6+ years working for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and/or fiscal sponsor.
• Strong relationship building, project management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn 501(c)(4) operations, lobbying guidelines, and software like Quickbooks, Hubspot, and Google Workspace.
