Mission
What you will drive
- Manage financial operations across nonprofit and earned revenue streams, including budgeting, accounting, grant management, and audit preparation.
- Serve as strategic financial advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership team, supporting organizational development and growth.
- Oversee operational systems, risk management, compliance, and internal controls for both Resilience Force (501c3) and Resilience Works (LLC).
- Contribute to building a sustainable team culture in remote and in-person environments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 7 years of experience in Financial and Operations Management, including understanding financial relationships between multiple legal entities.
- Well-developed understanding of 501(c)(3) and LLC fiscal structures, budgets, grants, and programs.
- Experience engaging with working-class and BIPOC communities, and commitment to economic and racial justice.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience managing people and projects remotely.
