Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead financial planning including cash flow analysis, program and grant budget tracking, and drive the annual budgeting process.
  • Manage the full contracting lifecycle, maintain insurance policies, file annual compliance documents, and oversee trademark renewals.
  • Serve as relationship manager for fiscally sponsored projects and provide oversight of the fiscal sponsorship program.
  • Maintain and develop finance and operations policies, manage financial systems across platforms (Ramp, QuickBooks, PayPal, Stripe), and handle administrative accounts.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior non-profit finance role with strong working knowledge of US nonprofit financial compliance, including 990 filing and audit preparation.
  • Experienced with financial platforms such as QuickBooks, Ramp, and Stripe.
  • Comfortable working with volunteers as part of a small, mission-led organization and able to take ownership independently.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work across time zones compatible with both US and European colleagues.
