Finance Manager

Manage financial operations and compliance for a growing AI safety nonprofit transitioning to independent legal status.
- Maintain accurate books in Xero, reconcile bank accounts, code transactions, and close monthly records.
- Process accounts payable via Ramp and Mercury; manage expense reviews, payments, and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, board packs, dashboards, and analyze budget variances.
- Lead annual budgeting, track restricted grant compliance, and produce funder reports.
- Requires US CPA license, 3+ years accounting experience, and expertise in nonprofit grant management.
