Mission
What you will drive
- Deliver comprehensive financial management services to nonprofit arts organizations, including payroll, bill pay, bookkeeping, and month close.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies, lead budgeting initiatives, and prepare financial reports for boards and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring excellent service through clear communication and analysis of client needs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, preferably in the arts sector.
- Experience working in a finance department and managing accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and transactions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients via virtual channels.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online; master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Benefits
