Finance Assistant

• Process and prepare financial forms, check account balances, and facilitate purchases.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices; reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in payroll preparation and financial reporting.
• Suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with business principles and data privacy standards.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork).
