Finance Assistant

• Process and prepare financial forms, check account balances, facilitate purchases.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices; oversee individual accounts.
• Assist in payroll preparation, budget adherence, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile discrepancies and suggest improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

This role supports the financial health of a solar energy company, enabling the organization to focus on expanding renewable energy adoption and reducing carbon emissions.

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with business principles and data privacy standards.
• Superior attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork).
