Finance and Operations Manager

• In this role, you'll own Impact Ops' financial and operational machinery, from bookkeeping and payroll to compliance and HR.
• Manage month-end close, management accounts, cash flow, VAT returns, and corporation tax submissions.
• Run monthly payroll for the UK team and coordinate international payments.
• Administer company secretarial obligations, statutory compliance, insurance renewals, and corporate records.
• Manage Service Level Agreements, employment contracts, contractor agreements, and HR administration.
